Yep, I was one of the smart ones who decided to go see that movie instead of "Twilight". Good thing I bought my tickets online so could easily slide by those dumb Twilighters (I'm probably going to get shot for that). Anyway, "Planet 51" was pretty neat.
For those who need reminding, "Planet 51" is about this astronaut named Charles Baker who sets foot on a distant planet. Said planet happens to be inhabited by little green people who are happily living in a 1950's styled world, and Chucks presence throws everyone in panic. Heh, such plot kinda brings me back to "Monsters Inc". I'd have to say that my favorite part was when Chuck was taken to Base 9 (somewhat of a parody of "Deep Space 9") and the general was going through who was going to shoot who if anyone had gotten brainwashed.
As for the next movie on my "Must see" List, it's nice to know that Stop-Motion films are still in:
